Key City Singers handles your data with care. Below you can read which data we process, why we do so and how long we keep it.
Who processes your data
Key City Singers, based in Leiden, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this statement. You can reach us at the email address at the bottom of this page.
Booking requests
When you fill in the booking form we store your name, email address, phone number, the requested date, the type of performance, the location and your message. We use this only to respond to your request and arrange the booking. The legal basis is the performance of, or preparation for, an agreement. We keep requests for at most two years after they are handled.
Member administration
For members we store a name, email address and an encrypted password for access to the members area. We use this for the internal organisation of the choir, such as rehearsals, repertoire and documents. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the association. When membership ends we delete the account.
Cookies
We only place necessary cookies: one for your language preference and, if you log in, one for your session. We do not use cookies for statistics, advertising or tracking visitors. No third-party services are used on this website.
Hosting and security
The website runs on a server in Germany. Traffic is encrypted using HTTPS. Passwords are stored in an unreadable form. Access to the administration area is limited to the webmaster and the board.
Your rights
You may ask us which data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. You may also object to the processing. Send a message to the email address below. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
